What will you do as a Customer Service Specialist?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a friendly and professional service. You will be tasked with handling inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring that our customers feel valued and heard.

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their concerns and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with field technicians and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Promote our services and educate customers on pest management solutions.
  • Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
What do you need?
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
