The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting online licensing services through the RTA portal and guiding customers through the digital licensing process using assigned tablets. This is an excellent opportunity for high school graduates to contribute to a legacy of excellence and innovation within one of the largest diversified family business groups in the Middle East.##
Duties & responsibilities
* The ambassador welcomes customers, understands their required services, and directs them to the concerned service officer.
* They promote online licensing services through the RTA's portal to customers.
* The role involves guiding customers through the digital licensing process using assigned tablets.
* The candidate coordinates with the supervisor to implement digital services and initiatives.
* The employee provides the highest level of customer service to maintain high customer happiness scores.
* The professional identifies, evaluates, and recommends digital technologies and platforms that align with RTA goals.
* They measure and assess the success of digital initiatives and collaborate with management on further enhancements.
* High School Graduate degree level.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Familiarity with navigating digital platforms and tablets.
* Ability to evaluate, recommend, and adapt to technological enhancements.
