UAE National Part-Time Opportunity:
Guest Relations Officer – Al Futtaim Toyota – Sheik Zayed Road

Join our team as a Guest Relations Officer, the face of our brand and the first to deliver the Worlds Warmest Welcome to every customer.

• Part‑time position with 2 days off per week
• Shift options: morning or afternoon, 4 hours per day
• Hands‑on experience in a prestigious automotive brand

• Act as the first point of contact for all customers visiting the showroom
• Welcome, guide, and ensure customers are connected to the right executive seamlessly
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
• Give every guest a warm send‑off, ensuring they leave feeling valued and cared for

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory)
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Customer service experience is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)
• High school diploma or higher

You’ll be working in a busy workshop environment, engaging with customers and colleagues across all levels. Motivated, customer‑focused, and passionate about cars—this is your chance to shine.

You must have been an Al‑Futtaim employee for at least 18 months and inform your HRBP in confidence of your application.
