About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and visitors to The Galleries from arrival through to departure, ensuring all visitors are greeted warmly, provided with accurate information and directed appropriately while delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate visitor and client requests to ensure an exceptional visitor experience, contributing to customer satisfaction and development objectives.
- Ensure all visitor arrivals are accurately logged and issue/ collect visitor access cards to maintain accurate records and monitor visitor presence within the premises.
- Liaise with tenants for visitor access verification.
- Support VIP tenant visits, ensuring that all arrangements are aligned with guidelines and coordinating with the security team regarding parking access when required.
- Manage all building access cards, including maintaining stock inventory, tenant access allocation lists, and access card system databases. This includes updates and deletions, processing of access card request forms and preparation of pro forma documents.
- Maintain contractor access cards in coordination with Security team.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding access card payments, receivables and invoice generation and with messengers to monitor delivery movements.
- Maintain weekly tracking of the visitor access cards.
- Handle all incoming / outgoing mail and calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist walk‑in business leads and prospects by requesting completion of lead generation forms and sharing them with the Leasing team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High School or 1‑2 years diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
