Customer Success Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding.
Understand client goals and align them with our service offerings.
Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experiences and outcomes.
Track customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on client status and feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or service industries.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer lifecycle management.
