Concierge

As a Concierge Service Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury hotel in Dubai. Your main duty will be to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Make reservations for dining, spa services, and other activities as requested by guests.
• Arrange transportation services for guests as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of local area attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests.
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure that all requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events is preferred.

Salary: 1200$ per month tax‑free.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Employment Type:

Full‑time, temporary with possibility of extension.
