Role Summary

We are looking for a customer‑focused Receptionist to support the Aftersales team across the UAE. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling walk‑ins, calls, and emails, ensuring every interaction is managed professionally and efficiently while supporting monthly and annual business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, capture the reason for contact, and route to the relevant team member as available.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly within guidelines and escalated when required.
  • Welcome walk‑in customers, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support.
  • Log and maintain accurate call records – time, date, caller details.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support the branch service team by helping create a positive customer‑for‑life experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or a similar front‑facing role.
  • Basic IT skills – knowledge of IT systems is an advantage.
  • A proven ability to handle customer conversations calmly and confidently (phone/email/in person).
  • Strong coordination skills to connect customers with the right people quickly.
  • A quality‑focused mindset with a genuine interest in delivering a great service experience.
  • The discipline to follow processes while staying flexible to customer needs.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and motivated mindset.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
