Tafaseel BPO is hiring for the role of Call Center Agent – Community Management in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in community management and be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for community members through efficient customer service.
You will respond to inquiries from residents, log interactions accurately using CRM systems, and provide relevant information about community policies and events. Bilingual skills may be advantageous and preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate.
