This entry-level role involves handling orders, delivery inquiries, and product questions through various platforms like phone, Whats App, and email. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, managing customer complaints, and processing returns. Freshers are welcome to apply, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. The role supports a positive customer experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
