Emirates Cabin Services Assistant
Description
As a Cabin Services Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing, cleaning, and personalizing the A380 Shower Spas to ensure First Class customers are delighted. This role also includes maintaining First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories, lounges, and general cabin areas to project a positive company image. The CSA will report to the Purser or Cabin Supervisor if the Purser is unavailable.
The role does not overlap with normal Cabin Crew service duties and requires travel.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a high school diploma, 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain or airline, experience in the hospitality industry, fluency in written and spoken English, a minimum height of 160 cm, and an arm reach of 210cm.
