Join our Customer Service Operations team as an Intern in Dubai, UAE, where you will gain practical experience in customer support, coordination, reporting, and daily operational activities.

• Support the team with daily customer service and administrative tasks.
• Assist in following up on customer requests and inquiries.
• Help maintain records, reports, and trackers.
• Support the preparation of presentations and documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and general office support.
• Learn about customer service operations in the airport logistics industry.

• Currently studying or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Organized, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Positive attitude and good attention to detail.
