About

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and client‑focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support new clients as they get started with ZIWO, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience through hands‑on coordination, setup assistance, and training support. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or coordination who is eager to grow in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in scheduling onboarding sessions and maintaining clear communication with clients
  • Help configure ZIWO setups for new customers according to their business needs
  • Guide clients through onboarding documentation, videos, and platform tutorials
  • Track onboarding progress and escalate any blockers to the senior team
  • Collect feedback from clients and support post‑onboarding surveys
  • Keep CRM records updated with onboarding milestones and activities
  • Ensure each client receives the tools and guidance needed for a successful launch
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, training coordination, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
  • Tech‑savvy with an interest in SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM and onboarding tools
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
