Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of service renewals for Dautom’s IT services and consulting clients.
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure timely contract renewals.
* Prepare and present renewal proposals, negotiating terms and pricing to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with sales, account management, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support during the renewal process.
* Maintain accurate records of client contracts, renewal dates, and communication in the CRM system.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services during renewal discussions.## Requirements
* Must be a UAE National.
* Proven experience in a service renewals, account management, or customer success role, preferably within the IT services sector.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
