Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of contact for client inquiries via Phone, Whats App, and Email.
  • Handle cases independently, proactively solving issues while delivering a differentiated experience.
  • Engage clients, build long‑term relationships, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of CHANEL’s products; address majority of daily inquiries.
  • Assess immediate resolution versus complex cases, and prepare proposals for senior advisor consultation.
  • Collaborate with boutique staff and functional teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent client experience.
  • Simplify the servicing experience by guiding clients through navigation, troubleshooting, and personalized assistance.
  • Ensure clear handover or escalation to relevant functional teams; provide concise data and insights.
  • Act as official communication channel for outbound engagements (events, campaigns).
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated client care experience, proactively addressing client needs and resolving issues independently.
  • Experience in Client Care Centers and e‑commerce within the luxury industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong relationships.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and resilience when addressing client queries.
  • Creative problem solving and quick thinking to address diverse circumstances.
  • Growth mindset and self‑motivation; relentless curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement.
