RequirementsArabic speaker is a must to apply.
Provide support to MERN Network by effectively handling daily tasks, dealing with exceptions, on‑road trucking issues & compliance reporting. Provide technical advice & practical support to internal & external customers on service & related system issues.
Performs general administrative and support duties as required.
Experience & Skills Required- Excellent networking skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good problem‑solving skills with experience of developing & implementing solutions to operational issues
- Closely monitor truck at borders levels
- Clearance paperwork and requirements from customers
- Coordinate with clearance brokers at borders to expedite truck movements
- Communicate with truck drivers and log updates
- Transit times reporting and analysis
- Optimize clearance transit times at borders through analysis
- Management escalation
Produce reports to Management / Senior Management
Responsible for completion of defined processes and procedures by deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identify anomalies as they arise and use judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may elevate to senior team members.
