Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service quality.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Arabic.
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
