Travel Support Staff
A reputable travel company in the UAE is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Travel Support Staff to assist clients with travel arrangements and ensure smooth operations. The role involves supporting booking processes, documentation, and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with travel bookings, ticketing, and reservations
- Provide information on travel packages, itineraries, and destinations
- Support visa processing and travel documentation
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
- Previous experience in travel support, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Organization and time management
