- Emirates Airport Services – Deliver top‑notch customer service to passengers during check‑in, boarding and baggage handling.
- dnata Airport Services – Provide exceptional service at check‑in, gates, transfer desk and special handling, supporting VIP, unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs.
- Sky Cargo – Efficiently handle and process cargo, courier and mail in the warehouse/airside operations area.
- Group Security – Perform surveillance, guarding, escort, screening and access control to protect staff, property and aircraft.
- Contact Centre – Serve as the voice of Emirates, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Hold a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid.
- National service completion (for male candidates).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language fluency is a plus.
- A levels or high school certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Willing to work in a shift environment and wear a uniform in frontline roles.
- Proficient PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Word/Excel/E‑mail).
