Position: Customer Support Executive / Data Analyst / Accountant

Dubai iGaming Industry Hiring Customer Support Executive

Position: 6 (Male)

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other support channels.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues.
  • Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions and general support.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred.
Data Analyst

Position: 2 (Male)

Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Monitor data accuracy and identify trends & patterns.
  • Support decision-making through data analysis.
  • Maintain records and ensure data integrity.
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of data handling and reporting.
  • Hindi language is mandatory.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred.
Accountant

Position: 4 (Male)

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting activities and financial records.
  • Maintain invoices, reports, and transaction records.
  • Perform reconciliation and data verification.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Ensure accuracy in accounting entries.
Required Skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Hindi language is mandatory.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred.
Common Requirements
  • Age: 20–28 years.
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Industry experience: iGaming, Gaming, BPO, Customer Support, Finance Operations preferred.
