Al Habtoor Motors is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Meet & Greet Receptionist to join its automotive showroom team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and creating positive first impressions in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.
As the first point of contact for showroom visitors, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position involves welcoming guests, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and various showroom departments.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous approach.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate Sales Consultant or relevant department.
- Coordinate customer appointments and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Ensure customers have a comfortable and pleasant showroom experience.
- Assist with administrative and front-desk duties as required.
- Maintain a professional reception area and support daily showroom operations.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company's brand image.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
- Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service Excellence, Front Desk Operations, Appointment Coordination, Telephone Etiquette, Administrative Support, Visitor Management, Professional Communication. High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
