Position: Customer Service Advisor - Urdu and English Speaker - 6 months contract

Customer Service Advisor – Urdu and English Speaker (6‑month Contract)

Location:

Dubai, UAE – Property# BCB2 515, Dubai Commerce City.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities
  • This is a temporary 6‑month contract role.
  • Clarify customer requirements and probe for understanding, using decision‑support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolution.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed procedures.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
  • Document accurate work and appropriately note accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products and services when appropriate.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call‑tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or senior staff.
Candidate Profile
  • Must be Urdu speaker with at least B2 level of English.
  • Must be located in the UAE; candidates on spouse visa are preferred.
  • High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multi‑tasking, flexibility, and rapid adaptation to change.
  • Tolerant of repetitive work in a fast‑paced, high‑production environment.
  • Can work as a team member and independently.
  • Demonstrates patience and a pleasant, professional tone in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
