Position: Front Office / Customer Service Executive

Accura Freight is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office / Customer Service Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The role is ideal for individuals with experience in the freight forwarding and logistics sector who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth client communication.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating shipment-related activities, and providing timely support to clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations and provide professional customer support
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate shipment activities and communicate updates to clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
  • Assist in tracking shipments and resolving service‑related concerns
  • Prepare and maintain customer records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Support daily administrative and customer service functions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities effectively
  • Experience handling shipment coordination and logistics‑related inquiries
  • Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and client relationship management
  • Freight forwarding and logistics operations experience
  • Shipment coordination and documentation processes experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, or a related field preferred
