Travel Consultant

Overview

The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. This role involves providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, transportation and accommodations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about travel destinations, detail-oriented and has excellent customer service skills to cater to diverse client needs.

• Assist clients in planning and booking flights, accommodations, tours and other travel services based on their needs and budget.
• Create personalized itineraries and recommend the best travel packages and destinations.
• Handle travel documentation including visas, passports and travel insurance requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns and managing changes or cancellations promptly.
• Promote travel products and services to meet sales targets through upselling and building long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments to offer clients the best and most current options.

• Strong customer service skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Knowledgeable about travel destinations and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
• Background or experience in sales, travel or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets.
