As a Customer Service Representative, You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products effectively. Your ability to connect with customers will not only enhance their experience but also contribute significantly to our business success.

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales leads, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up to enhance service delivery.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and questioning techniques, providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns, leveraging collective expertise to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, utilizing problem‑solving skills to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and promote additional products or services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer service excellence at all times.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs (Renewal Customers).
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying product information.
    • Strong problem‑solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data efficiently.

    • Qualifications:

      University degree and proficiency in English and Arabic.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
    • Experience in client communication and providing insurance consultations.
    • Regular follow‑up on insurance documents and renewals.
