Position Overview

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality call center support while upholding service excellence, confidentiality, and compliance standards. This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, promoting products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in alignment with FAB's values and service goals.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, adhering to service quality standards
  • Resolve customer complaints within defined authority limits or escalate when necessary
  • Provide accurate product and service information to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and recommend FAB products or services accordingly
  • Record and update customer interactions, requests, and complaints accurately in the system
  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Support sales initiatives by generating leads and upselling FAB offerings during customer interactions
  • Adapt to flexible shift schedules and provide support during high-demand periods
  • Participate in team meetings and tasks assigned by supervisors to support departmental goals
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 0-2 years of experience in banking or call center customer service roles
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential data
  • Must hold a valid UAE National family book (mandatory)
