Furless Permanent is establishing an in-house call center in the UAE and seeks enthusiastic call center agents to join the growing team. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and service requests across phone, email, social media, and Whats App while maintaining CRM records and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends; previous call center experience is preferred.
