Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and oral health education
- Carry out restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and simple root canals
- Perform extractions and manage basic oral surgical procedures
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, infections, and injuries
- Interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) and clinical findings
- Prescribe medications when required in accordance with regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate with dental specialists and refer patients when necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD/DDS)
- Proven experience as a General Dentist preferred
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Patient-focused approach with a caring attitude
- Time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of modern dental equipment and digital systems
