In this position, you will work under the guidance of experienced pediatric dental specialists to provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents. • Assist in performing thorough dental examinations and assessments for pediatric patients.
• Participate in the diagnosis and treatment planning for various dental conditions in children.
• Gain hands-on experience in a variety of dental procedures, including preventive care, fillings, and extractions.
• Educate young patients and their families about proper oral hygiene practices.
• Support the implementation of behavior management strategies to help alleviate dental anxiety in children.
• Collaborate with experienced dentists and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to enhance your pediatric dental skills.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
• Completion of a residency program or coursework in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for pediatric dentistry.
• Good communication skills to engage effectively with young patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of dental professionals.
• Basic understanding of pediatric dental procedures and practices.
• Willingness to learn and develop under the supervision of experienced specialists.
