The Receptionist / Patient Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients at a Plastic Surgery and Dermatology Clinic with extensive clinical experience operating in Korea for many years, specializing in hair transplantation, lifting plastic surgery, and dermatologic aesthetic treatments.
The role is responsible for patient coordination, appointment management, and front desk operations, ensuring a professional, organized, and patient-centered experience in compliance with clinic policies and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards.
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate patient flow before and after consultations and procedures
- Provide clear explanations regarding treatment processes, preparation, and aftercare instructions as directed by medical staff
Skills
- Fluent in Korean (spoken and written)
- English communication skills required
- Act as a communication bridge between patients, nurses, and physician
- Support Korean-speaking patients by providing accurate interpretation and assistance
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
