Senior Concept Design Architect

The Senior Design Architect is a creative leader focused on concept and front-end design stages, responsible for developing innovative architectural solutions for high-end residential and mixed-use projects. This role demands excellence in visualising and communicating concepts while ensuring alignment with client requirements and the company’s design ethos. The successful candidate will drive the design process for prestigious projects and help maintain high standards of creativity and technical rigor within the team.

• Lead the creative design process, particularly during concept and front‑end stages, for high‑end residential and mixed‑use developments.
• Develop and communicate compelling design strategies and concepts to stakeholders, including clients and the wider project team.
• Collaborate closely with project architects, assistants, and consultants to ensure design excellence and project alignment.
• Mentor and inspire junior architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Coordinate design reviews and presentations, effectively articulating the rationale behind proposed solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables that meet client needs and project briefs.
• Oversee the multi-disciplinary coordination of design documentation and ensure technical accuracy throughout all design stages.
• Uphold the business design standards, including sustainability targets and compliance with current legislation and building codes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master’s preferred.
• UAE experience is not essential but we do require you to have worked on high‑end international projects.
• Passionate about creative architectural design with a strong interest in front‑end, concept‑stage work.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe, Revit, 3D Max, Rhino and Sketch Up.
• Demonstrated experience (7+ years recommended) designing for high‑end residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Proficient with industry‑standard design tools and digital visualisation software.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Licensed as an architect by a recognised architectural institution (e.g. RIBA, AIA). Master’s degree preferred.
