Key Responsibilities- Lead with Vision:
Take full ownership of the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, organizational goals, and sustainability principles. - Team Guidance:
Mentor and guide project teams through all phases, from concept to completion, while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget. - Drive Strategic Decisions:
Provide informed, strategic input to navigate complex project challenges and opportunities. - Oversee Design Excellence:
Ensure all deliverables meet the standards of design and technical excellence of UNS. - Project Financials:
Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations. Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to achieve cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality. - Mitigate Risks:
Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to address them. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, particularly in the Middle East region and under LDC contracts.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Foster open communication and build strong relationships to ensure project success.
- Education:
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - Certification:
Professional license as an architect is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in architectural design, including at least 3 years in project management. - Regional Expertise:
Experience in the Middle East region, familiarity with LDC contracts. - Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Exceptional project coordination and risk management expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
