We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Draftsman to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural and engineering principles, coupled with exceptional drafting skills, to translate complex design concepts into precise technical drawings. As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans, layouts, and specifications that meet the regulatory requirements and client expectations.

• Create and modify detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings using CAD software.
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and technical reports to produce precise construction drawings.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ensure all drawings meet company standards, regulatory codes, and client expectations.
• Maintain organized documentation and version control for all project drawings.
• Assist in site visits when necessary to verify and update drawings based on field conditions.
• Support the engineering team by providing technical drawing expertise throughout project phases.

• Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and clear technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
