Senior Architect

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior Architect for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural design projects from initial concept through to project completion.

This role requires extensive collaboration with clients, engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality projects.

• Oversee the entire architectural design process, ensuring projects align with client expectations and company standards.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate their vision into effective architectural solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts through sketches, 3D models, and other visual representations for client approval.
• Create comprehensive architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure feasibility and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify construction compliance with design intent and quality benchmarks.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior architects, fostering professional growth within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating them into innovative design solutions.
• Assist in business development activities by contributing to proposal development and participating in client meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and client interactions.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
