We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Landscape Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing precise plans, technical details, and documentation, with a deep understanding of BIM processes. This role requires a collaborative team player who is dedicated, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality landscape architecture solutions.

• Develop and manage BIM models for landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction.
• Produce accurate technical drawings, plans, sections, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design and technical integration.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure consistency across project deliverables.
• Support project teams with technical problem-solving and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and sustainability goals.
• Contribute to design reviews, quality control, and continuous improvement of workflows.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• ACAD proficiency is a MUST.
• Strong detailing and section abilities in at least in 2D CAD.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or similar) and related software.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction details, planting design, grading, and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with dedication and commitment.
