One of our many projects, Azizi Venice, where Azizi is the Master Developer, has an approximate value AED 30 billion and is a mixed‑use development located in Dubai South. The crown jewel located at the heart of the development will be Azizi Opera, a state‑of‑the‑art opera house. Azizi Venice is planned to welcome over 30,000 visitors daily and Azizi Opera will become one of the most notable venues for high‑caliber events in the emirate.

As Project Manager‑Design Residential reporting to Head of Design Management – Residential, you will work from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

The Project Manager‑Design Residential is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in line with management requirements, and for all aspects related to the production of successful proposals and design packages, including enforcement of processes and quality assurance. In addition to ensuring follow‑up on authority approvals, you will be responsible for the project schedule and assigned budget.

• Monitor and follow up on the full design packages including PD and DD proposals in coordination with all design disciplines for the assigned projects.
• Assist in resolving any design issues as per authorities’ regulations.
• Enforce compliance of coordination procedures with Architecture, , MEP, and Structural departments within the concept design team, and take charge of resolving any coordination issues.
• Keep up to date with latest design requirements, NOCs, sustainability, and environmental requirements, and make the team aware of these requirements.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with authority design guidelines, regulations and master developer DCR.
• Periodically review projects’ design progress with HOD to ensure compliance of project to initially set design direction, including monitoring project schedule and approved budget.
• Initiate all required RFPs during design stages and manage the procurement RFPs for the assigned projects.
• Direct and manage the team to modify existing designs, based on management direction.
• Follow‑up, manage, and keep track of project changes and adjustments, liaising with all stakeholders.
• Assist Sales and marketing teams based on direction given by management.
• Provide support to junior team members while guiding them throughout work processes.
• Attend meetings with external consultants and authorities when needed.
• Assist HOD to manage work of external consultants.
• Assist HOD in identifying issues in workflow and processes.
• Manage project health and resource allocation.
• Manage all contractual obligations.

• MSc Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Project management certificate is an advantage.
