Job SummaryOur client seeks highly experienced senior professionals to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with expertise in managing projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities- Interior Design Engineer – Develop and implement interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Technical Manager (Architectural Background) – Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Manage teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Architect (Not Draftsman) – Develop and lead design concepts for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- UAE-based candidates only.
