  • Maintain accurate and detailed site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and contractor‑submitted shop drawings to verify alignment with project requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve coordination conflicts between various construction trades by facilitating the creation of integrated, clash‑free drawings.
  • Oversee the timely submission, review, and approval process for all shop drawings and technical submittals.
  • Promptly address and respond to all Requests for Information (RFIs) from contractors and consultants.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end submittal log and approval workflow for shop drawings, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules.

  • A proactive, detail‑focused approach and a strong professional work ethic.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and solutions‑oriented attitude.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and approving authorities.
