As a Sr. Interior Designer-Hospitality reporting into the Interior Design Manager-Hospitality working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai

• Concept Development
  :
  Lead the creation of design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections.
• Design Documentation
  :
  Produce detailed design documents, including floor plans, elevations, and IFC drawings. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
  :
  Present designs, manage client feedback, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Project Management
  :
  Oversee the design process, manage timelines, budgets, and quality, and guide the project from concept to execution.
• Execution & Quality Control
  :
  Monitor construction, ensure design accuracy on-site, and provide solutions for design challenges.

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience.
• Strong portfolio with background of completed hospitality projects (Concept/Creative Arts).
• Design Software:
  AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to lead all aspects of design stages from concept to full IFC package.
• Ability to deliver full mixed-use projects from concept to IFC package including coordination with all disciplines.
