We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for our client, a leading bank in the UAE

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing digital experiences that resonate with users. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft seamless user flows, design concepts, and visual components, ensuring alignment with best practices and brand principles.

• Lead the creative execution of products, driving the overall look and feel.
• Ensure designs align with the organizational vision and brand identity.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and digital experiences using design best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers in an Agile environment.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders for requirements gathering and refinement.

• Estimate design efforts and plan user experience work streams.
• Conduct user testing (e.g., card sorting, tree testing) to refine digital experiences.
• Assess existing digital interfaces for UX consistency, information architecture, and navigation effectiveness.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers and product owners.
• Provide and incorporate feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and adapt based on constructive feedback.

• Holding a degree in Graphic design, interactive media design or similar
• Graduate degree a plus MSc/MA will be considered an asset
• Design Thinking, Creative outputs and experience of industry standard software & Prototyping tools
• Foundation of hands-on, applicable experience, in UX/UI or any other related domains

• 8+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as an asset

• Experience in the GCC region is considered as an asset
