Job Descripton:
Mott Mac Donald is currently looking for a Senior Landscape Architect in Dubai, to grow their Landscape Architecture Team for supporting the delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:- Create strong and unique landscape concepts and leading design development throughout the full scope, ensuring creativity and functionality in project outcomes.
- Lead / Support project coordination, client communication/facing, and timeline management, ensuring projects are delivered on time with given resources.
- Support developing plan layouts, sections, and elevations graphically and technically in relevant softwares.
- Develop grading plans that ensure functional, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes.
- Prepare material specifications in locally and universally acceptable standards.
- Work flexibly across different projects adjusting to project-specific needs in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum 8 years of continuous experience in delivering landscape architecture projects for all design stages.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, horticulture, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- UAE / Middle East project experience.
- Client facing AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Sketch Up
- Lumion
- Civil 3D (for grading modelling)
- Revit
