Summary
As a Design Coordinator - Junior - Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of design projects, ensuring that all architectural designs meet the required standards and specifications.
Job Responsibility- Assist in the coordination of architectural design projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress and identify any issues.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for design projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural design.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Previous experience in architectural design or coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
