Bim Architect; Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-quality BIM models (Revit) for interior and architectural design projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure seamless model coordination.
• Translate interior design concepts, sketches, and layouts into accurate Revit models up to LOD 400, including finishes, furniture, and joinery details.
• Review and implement Project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ensuring adherence to project requirements, local codes, and UAE standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues effectively.
• Support design development, project meetings, and technical reviews, providing input through BIM processes to enhance project quality and efficiency.
• Maintain model accuracy, documentation, and detailed drawings, assisting in preparation of construction documentation and interior design deliverables.

Key

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM and Interior design, with proven UAE project exposure.
• Prior experience in a design consultancy environment is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Interior), AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, or institutional interior design projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and authority submission processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Immediate availability or able to join within 1 week.
