Joinery Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-end landscape concepts and detailed drawings for luxury villa projects
  , including full renovation and fit-out works
  , in premium communities such as Dubai Hills, Jumeirah, Al Barari and Emirates Hills
  .
• Prepare planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation and drainage details, and material specifications aligned with luxury design standards, swimming pool and water features.
• Coordinate closely with architects, clients, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape designs with overall villa architecture.
• Conduct site assessments and adapt designs to site conditions, municipality regulations, and client requirements.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
  , including design discussions, presentations, material and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5–8 years of proven experience in landscape design, preferably within luxury villa, and full renovation projects
  .

• Strong attention to detail and design precision
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Strong client communication and project coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
• DIP2 Location, 6 days a week, 8am to 05pm.
