Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Design Manager specializing in Fit Out & Interiors to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Design Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of design projects related to interior fit‑outs.

• Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop design concepts, plans, and specifications for fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure that design plans meet client requirements and project timelines.
• Assist in sourcing materials, furniture, and fittings for fit-out projects within budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design plans are being implemented accurately.
• Support in managing external contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in fit-out and interior design to contribute innovative ideas to projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, with a focus on fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong background in interior design and fit-out projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor design projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control throughout the design process
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design and fit-out projects.
