Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in the design and delivery of projects, including day-to-day coordination with project team members.
• Work closely with the Practice Lead to drive landscape business development, win projects, and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop strong client relationships and attend key client presentations and meetings.
• Create high-quality, innovative concept designs for luxury villas and high-end developments.
• Lead the preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
• Select and recommend suitable landscape materials and palettes for hardscape, softscape, and site furniture, based on local experience and market knowledge.
• Lead and manage the development of concept and detailed master plans, with a focus on premium residential and public realm projects.
• Manage and execute projects from concept stage through construction and final handover.
• Prepare professional design presentations using both hand sketches and digital tools.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably in luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
• Proven experience in landscape and swimming pool design and execution.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Solid knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high aesthetic sense for luxury outdoor spaces.
