• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of Experience as an Architect in the UAE.
• An advanced Degree or Qualification in Architecture is preferred.
• Superior Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
• Outstanding Graphic Presentation Preparation and Delivery skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of 3D Modelling and Documentation tools and an In-depth Understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• The Resilience and Ability to work in an Environment that demands a Commitment to Excellence and Dedicated Hard Work.

• Collaborates with Lead Consultants and Interior Designers to craft bespoke Architectural and Engineering Plans for FIVE.
• Reviews, refines, and elevates plans to align with Governmental Regulations, guaranteeing Compliance and Industry-leading Quality.
• Leads in Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases.
• Solves complex Technical and Design Challenges collaboratively, producing sensational and hand-crafted solutions that set new Industry Standards.
• Liaises adeptly with Contractors, Lead Consultants, and , addressing issues promptly and ensuring the project meets ‘FIVE-Star’ Standards.
• Co-manages Construction Meetings, fostering a productive and innovative atmosphere while ensuring seamless Consultant Coordination.
• Assures Construction and  align with the Employer's Policies, delivering a stunning building with meticulous Attention to Detail that perfectly matches Renders and CGIs.
• Assist the Commercial team to prepare packages for procurement of Architectural finishes , liaise with suppliers for their proposals, prepare comparative statements
• Executes the rule ‘Render to Reality’ with a bold approach, ensuring the final outcome is nothing short of spectacular.
• Participates in the FIVE Journey, contributing to the behind-the-scenes 'Vibe at FIVE,' and plays a key role in executing Award-winning Initiatives.
• Coordinates with other FIVE Tribe Members to bring to life Disruptive and Next-Level Projects.
