• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as an Architect in the UAE.
• An advanced degree or qualification in Architecture is preferred.
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, with the competence to exceed expectations in dynamic environments.
• Outstanding graphic presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of 3D modelling and documentation tools and an in-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• The resilience and ability to work in an environment that demands a commitment to excellence and hard work.
• Next-level organisational and leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to new heights.
• Exceptional skills in improving customer and stakeholder satisfaction and driving profitability, showcasing a commitment to industry-leading standards.

• Collaborates with Lead Consultants and Interior Designers to craft bespoke architectural and engineering plans for FIVE.
• Reviews and refines plans to align with governmental regulations, ensuring compliance and high quality.
• Leads in design development, construction documents and construction administration phases.
• Solves complex technical and design challenges collaboratively, delivering innovative solutions that set industry standards.
• Liaises with contractors, lead consultants, and  to address issues promptly and ensure the project meets FIVE-Star standards.
• Co-manages construction meetings and coordinates with consultants.
• Ensures construction and  align with the employer's policies, delivering a design that matches renders and CGIs with attention to detail.
• Assists the Commercial team to prepare packages for procurement of architectural finishes, liaises with suppliers for proposals, and prepares statements for comparison.
• Executes a practical approach to rendering concepts into reality, delivering an outstanding final outcome.
• Participates in the FIVE journey and contributes to initiatives and project execution.
• Coordinates with other FIVE Tribe members to deliver disruptive and next-level projects.
