We are looking for an experienced Specification Specialist to support our sales, design, and technical teams in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring company products are specified in architectural and interior design projects by working closely with consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers while ensuring compliance with UAE standards and project requirements.

• Prepare, review, and manage technical specifications for architectural and interior projects focusing on Acoustic products
• Work with architects, consultants, and interior designers to ensure products are specified in tender and construction documents

• Provide technical support and product knowledge to internal sales and external stakeholders
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to identify specification opportunities
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, authority requirements, and international codes (ASTM, BS, EN, etc.)
• Coordinate with sales, project, and procurement teams to ensure accurate product representation
• Conduct product presentations, CPDs, and technical workshops for consultants and design firms
• Track specified projects and maintain an updated specification pipeline
• Support value engineering and alternative product proposals when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in specification, technical sales, or architectural support (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and building systems
• Experience working with consultants, developers, and contractors in Dubai
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and other authority requirements
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical writing and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office;
  AutoCAD/Revit knowledge is an advantage
• Strong coordination and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
