Senior Architect; Creative Design

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Architect with a strong design vision and proven experience delivering high-quality architectural projects in Dubai. The candidate should have a solid understanding of local regulations, market trends, and contemporary design approaches, with the ability to translate concepts into buildable, high-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the concept design and design development stages for residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects in Dubai.
• Develop strong architectural concepts aligned with project vision, site constraints, and client aspirations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (interior design, landscape, structural, MEP, and authorities).
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, codes, and authority requirements (DM, DCD, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.).
• Oversee junior architects and guide the design team creatively and technically.
• Review design deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and constructability.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and authority submissions when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience, with strong exposure to Dubai-based projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative architectural design and built or approved projects in Dubai.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
