Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for transforming a variety of spaces to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of our clients. You will use your advanced knowledge of design principles, spatial planning, and industry trends to create inspiring layouts for both residential and commercial projects.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, then use your design expertise to deliver spaces that exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines.

• Consult with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and financial plans for projects.
• Develop design concepts and space plans that are aesthetically appealing and functional.
• Create detailed drawings and renderings using design software applications for client presentation.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and color schemes tailored to each project.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals in addressing project needs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction and installation are compliant with design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry.
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or adjustments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee the execution of design plans to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Engage in networking opportunities to build a strong professional business network.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in interior design or related area.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or Revit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative flair and attention to detail in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and professionals.
